Condominium association fees provide insurance on the shell, exterior maintenance, snow removal, landscape service, and gutter cleaning. Strathmore Lane is a private street, so condo fees also go towards the maintenance of the street and cover sidewalk repairs and replacement.

Condo fees are billed quarterly in January, April, July, and October. Payment is due in full within 30 days.

Generally speaking, the board must approve any renovations, improvements, or changes that involve the exterior of the units, such as exterior walls, patio surfaces, or anything that involves the roof. Examples of things that need approval are pergolas, window & door changes, patio surfacing, etc. 

Any exterior alterations you plan to make to your unit or landscape must be submitted in writing to the Mews Board of Directors and also to the Muirfield Village Association and approved by both before work is initiated.

The City of Dublin provides yard waste pickup on Mondays. Trash and recycling is picked up on Wednesdays. You can check the City of Dublin’s website for specific information and holiday changes.
